       "THE BLUE BLAZER"

A horrible tragedy occurred at Over The Edge pay-per-view on Sunday Owen Hart was about to be lowered down from the ceiling to the ring for his appearance as the Blue Blazer.
There have been a few stories about how it has happened one was a feather from the costume got caught in the quick release of the harness when being lowered down and Owen moved it pulled the release open letting him fall about 5o feet head first into a top turnbuckle then onto the mat. Another he apparently thought that the harness which was to hold him was
attached but was not and one crew member hold told him to go and another trying tell him not too which he must not have herd.
STU HART COMMENTED: "I didn't see it, but from what I can gather, somebody slipped up," said his father Stu Hart, "you don't get up 60 feet in the air without being properly anchored down," he said, adding that his son had performed the stunt with the wire before.
